The star of our company, we have always prided ourselves on offering honey from specific parts of town. However, many realtors, contractors, and law enforcement customers stated they traveled all over town. Could we do something with them in mind? The result was our unique and innovative "Allergy Blend." This special honey was crafted to aid with pollen-based allergies for those living south of Interstate 4. It blends pollen from our beach, urban, country, spring, summer, and fall honey from Sarasota, Manatee County, and Charlotte County all in one jar. We describe it as a “Super Wildflower Honey” We often tell skeptical potential customers that we would NOT make it if it were not our best seller and the testimonies we have received. Our allergy blend is the most labor-intensive honey, yet we do not charge one cent more for it for good karma. Instead of attaching our botting machine to one honey source, we have to move a honey pump and mixing tank to various parts of our honey house and mix the honey for a week before attaching our bottling machine to the mixed honey tank.
